Step 1 — Initial Consultation

We start with a comprehensive consultation to understand your vision, needs, budget, and property details. Our team reviews your project goals and provides expert recommendations tailored to your situation.

Step 2 — Site Assessment

Our team conducts a full on-site evaluation, analyzing access, zoning, soil conditions, utility connections, and any site-specific requirements to ensure your project is feasible and compliant from the very start.

Step 3 — Engineering & Design (in partnership with Green PI)

Our engineering partner, Green PI, provides complete technical support, including:

  • Customized design plans
     
  • Structural engineering
     
  • Permit drawings
     
  • Full compliance with local building codes and energy standards.
     

Step 4 — Prefab Manufacturing Coordination

Once your design is finalized and approved, we coordinate with our trusted global manufacturing partners to produce your custom prefab structure using sustainable, high-quality materials.

Step 5 — Permits & Approvals

We assist you in preparing and submitting all necessary permit applications, guiding you through municipal processes to ensure timely approvals and full compliance.

Step 6 — Site Preparation & Construction (in partnership with Canadian Construction Company)

Our construction partner, Canadian Construction Company, manages all on-site work, including:

  • Foundation and site preparation
     
  • Utility hookups
     
  • Delivery coordination
     
  • On-site assembly of your prefab structure
     

Step 7 — Final Inspection & Handover

Following construction, we perform a detailed quality check and final inspection before handing over your completed, move-in ready home or commercial space.
